本文报道了应用紫露草(Tradescantiapoludosa)四分体微核技术对福州市3条内河污染的监测试验.结果表明,3条内河河水都受到了不同程度的污染,其污染程度依次是:安泰河>白马河>晋安河.这3条内河除白马河和晋安河的河水为50%稀释液外,其余各处理组与阳性对照组(自来水)比较,其微核率的差异显著性都达到极显著水平(即P<0.01),安泰河的河水甚至还超过阳性对照组(平阳霉素PYM)的诱变水平.
This paper reports the monitoring of three inland river pollution in Fuzhou using Tradescantiapoludosa tetrad micronucleus technique. The results show that the three inland rivers have been polluted to varying degrees, and the pollution levels are: Aetna River, Baima River and Jin’an River. Except for the 50% dilution of the river water of the Baima River and Jin’an River, the other three treatment groups showed significant differences in micronucleus rate (P <0) compared with the positive control group (tap water). 01).
