体现时代特征的大学英语教学改革对传统的大学英语教学理念、教学方法等作出了很大改变,对人才培养的标准提出了更高的要求。这一系列变化必将给各级各类高校的英语教师和教学带来了深远影响,教师的观念、角色、职能及教学方法等方面都需要转变,大学英语教师教学能力的内涵、构成及培养策略也必将随之发生变化。
The reform of college English teaching embodying the characteristics of the times has greatly changed the traditional concepts and teaching methods of college English teaching and put forward higher requirements on the standards of personnel training. This series of changes will surely bring far-reaching effects on English teachers and teaching in all kinds of colleges and universities at all levels. Teachers ’concepts, roles, functions and teaching methods need to be changed. The connotation, composition and cultivation of college English teachers’ teaching ability Strategy will also change accordingly.
