本文应用电子显微镜和染色体分析技术研究了二甲基亚砜(DMSO)诱导HL-60细胞分化过程中,细胞表面超微结构和C-myc基因扩增结构的变化。发现HL-60细胞表面指状、细状微丝和微绒毛消失,出现疣状胞质突起和大的钝形伪足.C-myc扩增结构DM明显减少。
In this paper, electron microscopy and chromosome analysis techniques were used to study the changes of cell surface ultrastructure and C-myc gene amplification structure in the differentiation of HL-60 cells induced by dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). The disappearance of finger-like, fine-like microfilaments and microvilli on the surface of HL-60 cells showed the presence of verrucous cytoplasmic processes and large blunt pseudopodia. The C-myc amplified structure DM was significantly reduced.
