采用高热量饲料及链脲佐菌素诱导的方法模拟糖尿病肥胖大鼠的模型。选择大黄醇提物给大鼠灌胃,测定FFA、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及血脂水平。结果:与模型组相比,大黄醇提物大、小剂量组TC、TG、LDL、FFA明显降低(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感性提高(P<0.01)。结论:大黄醇提物能提高糖尿病肥胖大鼠的胰岛素敏感性,降低其血浆FFA、血脂水平。
A model of diabetic obese rats was modeled using high calorie diets and streptozotocin-induced methods. Rats were given intragastric administration of rhubarb ethanol extract to determine FFA, insulin sensitivity index (ISI), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS) and blood lipid levels. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the TC, TG, LDL, and FFA of the big and small doses of rhubarb extract significantly decreased (P<0.05), and insulin sensitivity increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Rhubarb ethanol extract can improve the insulin sensitivity of diabetic obese rats and reduce their plasma FFA and blood lipid levels.
