目的:探讨慢性低氧对大鼠肝、肺组织细胞色素C氧化酶(COX-Ⅰ)表达的影响。方法:85只Wistar大鼠由西安运至西宁。对照组大鼠(n=25)立即采集肝、肺组织标本;高原慢性低氧组大鼠(n=60)运至青海果洛州花石峡(海拔4 300 m)饲养30 d造模,采集肝、肺组织标本;应用Western blot方法检测大鼠肝、肺组织匀浆中COX-Ⅰ的表达水平。结果:高原慢性低氧组大鼠肝、肺组织COX-Ⅰ的水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性低氧可以降低大鼠肝、肺组织COX-Ⅰ的表达水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of chronic hypoxia on the expression of cytochrome C oxidase (COX-Ⅰ) in liver and lung tissue of rats. METHODS: Totally 85 Wistar rats were transported from Xining to Xining. The rats in the control group (n = 25) immediately collected liver and lung tissue samples. Rats in the plateau chronic hypoxia group (n = 60) were transported to Huashixia of Guluo County, Qinghai Province (4 300 m above sea level) Liver and lung tissues. Western blot was used to detect the expression of COX-Ⅰ in the liver and lung homogenates. Results: The level of COX-Ⅰ in the liver and lung tissues of rats in the plateau hypoxia group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chronic hypoxia can reduce the expression of COX-Ⅰ in rat liver and lung tissue.
