目的探讨重症肌无力患者外周血IL-27的检测及其激素治疗敏感性的相关性。方法选取本院2012年6月~2013年12月40例重症肌无力(MG)患者,应用ELISA技术检测外周血清IL-27浓度及抗AchR-IgG的水平,并分析它们之间的相关性。结果 MG患者组激素治疗后血清IL-27浓度减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);激素治疗前后IL-27浓度与抗AchR,Ab抗体水平存在正相关性(P<0.05),治疗后两者减少值存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论激素治疗MG具有明显效果,其机制可以认为是经干预血清IL-27及其受体途径减少血清AchR IgG抗体水平。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the detection of IL-27 in peripheral blood and the sensitivity of hormone therapy in patients with myasthenia gravis. Methods Forty patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) from June 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Serum levels of IL-27 and anti-AchR-IgG were detected by ELISA, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results The serum concentration of IL-27 in MG patients decreased significantly after the hormone therapy (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the concentration of IL-27 before and after hormone therapy and the level of anti-AchR and Ab antibody (P <0.05) The latter two had a positive correlation (P <0.05). Conclusion Hormone treatment of MG has a significant effect, the mechanism can be considered by intervention serum IL-27 and its receptor pathway to reduce serum AchR IgG antibody levels.
