以“皇后”芹菜为试材,采用田间试验法,以不施肥为对照,研究了未发酵马铃薯渣、马铃薯渣有机肥、N-P-K复合肥对土壤结构及芹菜品质和产量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,施用马铃薯渣有机肥可使土壤有机质含量增加2.58g/kg、全氮增加0.06g/kg、全磷增加0.03g/kg、碱解氮增加2.12mg/kg、速效磷增加10.11mg/kg、速效钾含量增加42.75mg/kg,对土壤全盐和pH没有显著影响;施用马铃薯渣有机肥可使芹菜株高、叶绿素含量、干物质量以及产量均显著高于对照及未发酵的马铃薯渣,叶绿素含量及干物质量显著高于N-P-K复合肥,说明马铃薯渣有机肥具有良好的肥效,能够促进芹菜生长。
