目的:探讨HydrosunTM系统对ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:将62例前列腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各31例;观察组采用HydrosunTM系统进行治疗,对照组采用生物反馈进行治疗;比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛症状评分(CPSI-P)、排尿症状评分(CPSI-U)、前列腺症状总分(CPSI-T),以及治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组患者的CPSI-P、CPSI-U、CPSI-T组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后CPSI-P、CPSI-U、CPSI-T评分降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CPSI-P、CPSI-U、CPSI-T下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗的总有效率为87.10%,对照组总有效率为64.52%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HydrosunTM系统对ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎治疗有较好的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of HydrosunTM system on type ⅢB chronic prostatitis. Methods: Sixty-two prostatitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with HydrosunTM system and the control group was treated with biofeedback. The pain symptom scores (CPSI-P ), Voiding symptom score (CPSI-U), total prostate symptom score (CPSI-T), and therapeutic effect. Results: There was no significant difference in CPSI-P, CPSI-U and CPSI-T between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The CPSI-P, CPSI-U and CPSI-T scores decreased after treatment in both groups, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The decrease rate of CPSI-P, CPSI-U and CPSI-T in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%, the total effective rate of the control group was 64.52% The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: HydrosunTM system has a good effect on the treatment of Ⅲ B chronic prostatitis.
