池柏,又称池杉。武汉地区自1930年开始引种以来,表现出种种优良特性:生长快速、树干通直、树形优美、材质轻软、最耐水湿,早已成为我市主要绿化树种之一。随着园林事业不断发展,池柏种子需要日益增加,繁殖任务也日趋繁重,如何充分利用种子,培育高产优质苗木,是当前生产急待解决的问题。我们从1962年开始育苗,近几年陆续进行了一些播种试验,积累了一些材料,现整理成文,供参考。
