我厂材料库一台G72弓锯床,床身夹紧槽处由于铸造质量不良,加之在锯削时材料夹紧频繁,在床身端部夹紧槽处产生裂纹,不能正常锯削。断裂后,采取了加镶板紧固的修复方法,但修复后使用了近半年时间,镶板的紧固螺钉产生松动,螺孔的螺牙断裂。针对这种情况,我们再次采用了镶板的方法,增加定位键和定位销,提高承受夹紧力的强度和本身的定位精度。其工艺过程如下: 将床身断裂螺孔处在插床上同时插平,并在承受夹紧力的方向插一个定位槽,在与其配合的镶板底面上加工一凸台作为定位键,左右镶板相同,定位键处
