目的了解综合医院医生在职培训情况及存在问题,提出对策,为指导医院医生在职培训提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法对两所综合医院在岗医生进行问卷调查。调查内容包括医生的年龄、学历、职称等一般状况,近三年接受培训的次数、培训累计时间、培训方式、培训后的效果、培训中存在的问题等。资料采用SPSS软件并进行统计分析。结果被调查的174名医务人员中,近3年内接受培训人数为70人,受培训率为40.2%。培训中存在的问题主要有重视不够、流于形式、时间短、缺乏实践、不实用、学非所用,没有书本和讲义等。结论医生在职培训重视不够,培训中存在的问题较多,建议医院管理者重视医生继续教育,完善医务人员在职培训和继续教育制度,不断提高各级各类医务人员的素质,为患者提供满意的医疗服务,促进卫生事业健康发展。
Objective To understand the on-the-job training and existing problems of general hospital doctors and to put forward countermeasures to provide the basis for guiding the on-the-job training of hospital doctors. Methods The cluster sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire survey among doctors in the two general hospitals. The survey includes the doctor’s general status such as age, education, professional title, the number of training received in the past three years, the cumulative training time, training methods, the effect of training, training problems and so on. Data using SPSS software and statistical analysis. Results Among the 174 medical staffs surveyed, 70 were trained in the last 3 years and the training rate was 40.2%. The main problems in training are: inadequate attention, lack of formality, short time, lack of practice, impracticality, non-use of books, absence of books and handouts. Conclusions Doctors’professional training lacks enough attention and there are many problems in training. It is suggested that hospital administrators should attach importance to continuing education of doctors, perfect on-the-job training and continuing education system for medical staffs, and continuously improve the quality of all kinds of medical staffs at all levels so as to provide satisfied patients Medical services to promote the healthy development of health.
