电动液压助力转向(EHPS)系统可以在提供可靠助力的同时根据车速和方向盘转速改变液压泵的转速,进而改变助力大小,从而获得良好的路感。本文介绍了电动液压助力转向系统的组成及工作原理。开发了以微处理器TMS320LF2407A为控制核心的电动液压助力转向系统控制器,所设计的控制器具有高速数据处理能力和较高的控制精度,可以满足对电动液压助力转向系统进行复杂控制策略的实时性要求。
Electro-hydraulic power steering (EHPS) system can provide reliable power at the same time according to the speed and steering wheel speed change the speed of the hydraulic pump, thereby changing the size of boosting, so as to obtain a good road feel.
