本文报道31例煤矽肺病人血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液脂质过氧化物(LPO)的检测分析。结果表明煤矽肺病人LPO含量非常显著地高于正常人和肺癌病人,并且血清LPO含量随煤矽肺病人年龄和从事煤矿工作工龄的增长而升高。证明在矽肺引发病理过程中脂质过氧化作用增强、丙二醛蓄积。该作用与肺纤维化程度相关,也提示LPO参与矽肺的发生和发展。
This paper reports 31 cases of coal silicosis patients serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid lipid peroxide (LPO) detection analysis. The results showed that the LPO content of coal silicosis patients was significantly higher than normal and lung cancer patients, and serum LPO levels with the age of coal-silicosis patients and engaged in coal mine working age increased. Proved in silico-induced pathological process of lipid peroxidation increased, malondialdehyde accumulation. This effect is related to the degree of pulmonary fibrosis, also suggesting that LPO is involved in the occurrence and development of silicosis.
