随着我国综合国力的不断提高,我们逐渐提倡在全民范围内进行健身,这就意味着要加强对每一个公民的身体素质进行锻炼。篮球作为一项基本的体育运动,多年来都深受大众的喜爱。无论是普通人还是专业的篮球运动员,都需要注意在篮球训练中坚持体能的训练。在篮球训练的过程中,要注意培养运动员的耐力和速度。本文通过对篮球训练中体能训练存在的问题及其对策进行研究,提出合理的建议,训练篮球运动员在体能训练中避免受伤,提高训练的效率。
With the continuous improvement of our comprehensive national strength, we gradually advocate fitness for the entire people, which means we should step up the training of every citizen’s physical fitness. Basketball, as a basic sport, has been loved by the public for many years. Both ordinary people and professional basketball players, need to pay attention to the training of physical fitness in basketball training. In the process of basketball training, we must pay attention to cultivate athletes endurance and speed. This paper studies the problems and countermeasures of physical training in basketball training, puts forward reasonable suggestions, and trains basketball players to avoid injury in physical training and improve training efficiency.
