结构面渗水是洛阳龙门石窟风化破坏的控制性因素,裂隙灌浆是主要治理措施。选用良好耐久性的偏高岭土(MK)作为灌浆主料,掺入少量超细水泥(MFC)形成复合灌浆材料,复合材料通过微量碱予以激发并改善其性质。研究表明:低碱情况下,试验用MK强度低,而添加少量MFC对干提高材料的早期强度及降低碱用量非常有效;MFC与MK混合材料的易溶盐含量约为单纯使用MFC的10%,能大幅度降低盐碱对文物本体影响;助剂的使用对于提高材料工作性非常明显,同时对强度影响不明显。通过现场灌浆试验确定灌浆施工工艺及注浆压力、水灰比等关键参数。
