在我国,各地院前急救的状况大同小异,调度系统较完整、急救中心与目标医院缺乏有效衔接,这些都是各地院前急救的现状。但为了同一个目标——为生命赢取每一秒,各地都在运用信息化手段,从急救车的改进、信息平台的建设、急救电话的研制等多个方面做各种努力和尝试。上海提出“急救智能化”、大连研制远程医疗监护急救一体车、徐州为老人研制“一键通”急救电话等等。每个地方每个小的进步若都能在全国范围得到普及,中国的院前急救将向前推动一大步。

Shanghai proposed “emergency intelligence ”, Dalian developed remote medical care first aid car, Xuzhou for the elderly to develop “a key” emergency telephone and so on. If every small improvement in every area can be popularized nationwide, China’s first aid will be a big step forward.
