对配电自动化系统的分层体系结构、信息传输的特点以及所应该采用的通信规约作了论述。为了保证配电自动化系统信息传输的可靠性,认为通信规约应保证重要信息的优先传输以及传输时间响应的要求,并提出对于RTU/FTU、变电站单元或者集中器和配电自动化系统主站之间传输信息应采用电力行业标准──基本远动任务配套标准(DL/T634—1997)中的点对点通信规约的规定,对于具有多点共线、多点星形、多点环形通道结构的FTU和主站(间隔单元、RTU、集中器之间传输信息)的馈线自动化应采用电力行业标准──基本远动任务配套标准(DL/T634──1997)的快速-校验-过程规定,并建议采用对半检索过程来处理配电电力网络故障信息的传输。
