将山东白麻花岗岩进行粉碎细化,采用不同的偶联剂对白麻石粉进行活化制备白麻石粉/橡胶复合材料。研究了偶联剂的种类、用量及石粉添加量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用5.0%的硬脂酸改性白麻石粉,在100份橡胶中填加30份白麻石粉后,复合材料的力学性能最佳。活化后白麻石粉具有优异的补强效果及理想的加工特性,可替代炭黑实现其在橡胶中的应用。
The white granite in Shandong was crushed and refined, and the white granite / rubber composite was activated by using different coupling agents. The effects of coupling agent type, dosage and powder addition on the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites were best with 5.0% stearic acid modified white granite powder and 30 parts of white granite flour added to 100 parts of rubber. After activation, white granite powder has excellent reinforcing effect and ideal processing characteristics, and can replace carbon black to realize its application in rubber.
