本文报告4例采用该疗法修复足部大面积软组织缺损全部成功,其中有3例足底动脉弓损伤,靠踝部侧支循环网仍能保证皮瓣的血供。经随访皮瓣外形,功能良好,感觉恢复。本文就其优点及操作要领进行了论证。
