以普通水泥混凝土路面设计为例,比较分析新、旧规范方法下,面层设计厚度的差异。从定性分析新规范主要修订内容入手,通过对设计各环节实际算例的计算比较,找到产生差异的原因,并将结果汇总到面层厚度设计的实例中,得出在交通荷载和筑路材料等外部条件相同的情况下,新规范方法设计厚度较之旧规范薄2~3 cm的结论。基层顶面当量回弹模量修正方法的改变是产生差异最为主要的原因。此外,基垫层材料模量的取值也对面层设计厚度影响显著,应结合工程实际慎重取值。
Take ordinary cement concrete pavement design as an example, comparative analysis of the new and old standard method, the difference of the surface design thickness. Based on the qualitative analysis of the main revisions of the new norms, the reasons for the differences were found by calculating and comparing the actual examples in all aspects of design, and the results were summarized into examples of surface thickness design. When the external conditions are the same, the new standard method is designed to be 2 ~ 3 cm thick compared with the old one. The change of the equivalent modulus of elasticity at the top of the grassroots is the most important reason for the difference. In addition, the modulus of the cushion material also has a significant impact on the thickness of the design of the surface, should be combined with the actual value of the project carefully.
