南沙群岛自古以来就是我国领土,本世纪30年代先后被法国殖民主义者和日本帝国主义者所侵占;1945年日本无条件投降,次年由当时的中国政府派员收复,派兵戌守。不久前,我们就收复南沙群岛的历史背景和收复情况,专程造访当时广东省政府顾问、收复南沙群岛专员麦蕴瑜,海军总司令部办公厅副主任徐时辅,海军总司令部参谋张君然等。他们都是当时的历史见证人,对这一段历史记忆犹新。
The Nansha Islands have been the territory of our country since ancient times. They were invaded by the French colonialists and Japanese imperialists in the 1930s. Japan unconditionally surrendered in 1945 and was subsequently recovered by the then Chinese government at that time. Not long ago, we recovered the historical background and recovery situation of the Nansha Islands. We made a special trip to visit the then provincial government consultant in Guangdong and recovered Spratly island specialist Mai Yun-yu, deputy director of the General Office of the Navy’s general Xu Shifu, and Zhang Junran, chief of staff of the Navy’s General Command. All of them were historical witnesses at that time and they still remember this period of history.
