1986—1987年对石刁柏(Asparagus officinalis L.)进行组织培养试验结果,实生幼苗的顶部、基部腋茅以及继代培养小植株的上、中、下各部位均可做外殖体.田间无性繁殖以侧枝枯顶茅为取材最佳部位。过氧亿物酶(POD)同工酶分析结果,石刁拍 POD 同工酶分为三个区,即慢迁移率带 Px_1区、中速迁移率带 Px_2区,及快迁移率带 Px_.20—25cm 嫩茎顶梢 POD 酶带最丰富,显色最深;5—10cm 嫩茎顶梢和株高200cm 花期植株上各组织器官的酶带数较少,显色较浅.花期不同组织器官酶谱带,以花器的酶带多,酶带分为 Px_1、Px_2两个区,其次叶、茎段,根的酵带区分为三条。但着色很深,由叶芽分化的试管苗其 POD 的同工酶含量最多,酶带色也最深,并与植株花器的酶带相同.愈伤组织中 POD 同工酶随着细胞的老化其活性逐渐提高。
