本文根据房地产消费属性和投资属性的特征,运用消费品价格理论和现金流贴现模型,构建了联立方程,对房地产价格理论进行了新的探讨。
According to the characteristics of real estate consumption and investment properties, this paper constructs the simultaneous equations by using the theory of consumer goods price and the discount model of cash flow, and makes a new discussion on the real estate price theory.
