江苏省常州市武进区湖塘桥中心小学,成立于1975年,原来只是一个普通的农村的中心小学。十年来,学校基于科研追求发展,基于特色塑造品牌,激扬了教师的成长梦想,激活了学生的成长基因,激发了学校的成长能量。学校以江苏省教育科学规划“十一五”课题——构建满足师生生命成长需要的“超市学校”的研究为抓手,追求着优质教育平民化的办学思想,诠释着“信以教育,优及平民,成在学生,益于社会”的教育理念。
