采用自制的隔膜电解槽对渤海海水进行深度预处理研究,研究了该方法的处理效果及影响因素。结果表明,使用电解法可有效降低海水浊度、有机物、SDI、色度,电流密度、电解时间、极板间距等对处理效果有重要影响,确定优化条件为极板间距2 cm,电流密度15.87 mA.cm-2,电解时间10 min,出水水质完全符合反渗透进水要求。初步探讨了电解法净化海水的机理。
The self-made membrane electrolyzer was used to study the pretreatment of Bohai Sea water in depth. The treatment effect and influencing factors of the method were studied. The results showed that the use of electrolysis method can effectively reduce the turbidity of seawater, organic matter, SDI, color, current density, electrolysis time, plate spacing and other effects have an important impact on the treatment, the optimal conditions for the plate spacing 2 cm, current density 15.87 mA.cm-2, electrolysis time 10 min, water quality in full compliance with reverse osmosis water requirements. The mechanism of electrolytic seawater purification was discussed preliminarily.
