继去年10月武汉市财政局成立条法处并召开财政法制工作座谈会后,武昌区、汉南区、汉阳区财政局正式设立了局条法科,青山区、江岸区已报请区政府审批,有的区县在专职机构未成立之前,财政法制工作都纳入了办公室或会计科(股)的职责范围,井指定专人负责。全市13个区县财政局已有9个成立了行政复议委员会。市局和各区县局近期都在积极抓紧时间逐个检查现行财政法规,认真清理各种财政具体行政行为中。目前,市局正在汇编有关财政法制建设方面的学
