依据PWM原理,提出了利用位式气动执行机构代替连续执行机构实现微量控制算法的方法。研究表明,对于热工、化工等部分控制对象,该方法均适用。作者在某印染厂的染色控制中,用位式气动活塞阀成功地实现了自适应控制算法,控制精度超过了目前国内采用连续执行机构的有关控制系统的精度。实践表明,该方法组成的系统成本低,可靠性高,适用于控制环境恶劣的场合。
According to the principle of PWM, a method of realizing micro control algorithm by using bit pneumatic actuator instead of continuous actuator was proposed. The research shows that this method is suitable for some control objects such as thermal engineering and chemical engineering. In dyeing control of a printing and dyeing plant, the author succeeded in realizing the adaptive control algorithm with a bit type pneumatic piston valve, and the control precision exceeds the precision of the related control system adopting a continuous actuator in China at present. Practice shows that this method has the advantages of low system cost, high reliability and suitable for occasions with harsh control environment.
