目的调查我国公共场所盆栽土中军团菌污染状况。方法于2012年在北京、南京、深圳、常州四城市的公共场所中共采集120份盆栽土样品。采用培养法对样品中军团菌进行检测,并对分离株进行血清学鉴定。结果盆栽土样品中军团菌总检出率为25.8%(31/120),分离株32株。其中L.pneumophila 3株,L.feeleii 5株,L.longbeachae 2株,L.micdadei和L.bozemanii各1株,无法鉴定血清型别的共20株。军团菌浓度范围为102~105cfu/g。结论本次调查的盆栽土中存在军团菌污染,日常接触者存在感染军团病的风险。
Objective To investigate the status of Legionella in potted soil in public places in China. Methods A total of 120 potted soil samples were collected from public places in Beijing, Nanjing, Shenzhen and Changzhou in 2012. Legionella samples were detected by culture method and the isolates were identified by serology. Results The total detection rate of Legionella in potted soil samples was 25.8% (31/120) and 32 strains were isolated. Among them, 3 strains of L. pneumophila, 5 strains of L.feeleii, 2 strains of L.longbeachae, 1 strain of L.micadensis and L.bozemanii could not identify 20 strains of serotypes. Legionella concentrations ranged from 102 to 105 cfu / g. Conclusion Legionella contamination was found in the potting soil in this survey, and there was a risk of Legionnaires’ disease in routine contacts.
