谷蛋白是水稻种子中含量最高和最容易被人体吸收的蛋白质。低谷蛋白稻米可作为肾病患者的食疗辅助品,对以稻米为主食的病人尤其有效,因此选育优良的低谷蛋白水稻新种质具有重要意义。本研究选用携带Lgc-1基因的低谷蛋白粳稻品种W3660和优良籼稻品种五山丝苗作为亲本,利用杂交、回交并结合分子标记辅助选择,将Lgc-1基因导入籼稻品种中,选育出一个农艺性状优良的籼型低谷蛋白水稻新品系。经测定该品系的谷蛋白含量为3.0%,显著低于五山丝苗,表明上述方法可应用于含Lgc-1基因的低谷蛋白水稻的分子育种。
Gluten is the highest content of rice seeds and most easily absorbed by the body of the protein. Low-gluten rice can be used as a therapeutic adjuvant for patients with nephropathy, which is especially effective for patients who are predominantly rice. Therefore, breeding new low-gluten rice germplasm is of great significance. In this study, Lgc-1 gene was introduced into indica rice varieties by crossing with low-gluten japonica rice variety W3660 carrying Lgc-1 gene and high-yielding indica rice variety Wushanmiao seedlings using crossing, backcrossing and molecular marker-assisted selection. New agronomic traits of indica low gluten rice new lines. It was determined that the glutenin content of the line was 3.0%, which was significantly lower than that of Wushan silkworm, indicating that the above method can be applied to the molecular breeding of low gluten rice with Lgc-1 gene.
