福建金线莲和台湾金线莲不同采收期多糖的动态变化

以苯酚-硫酸法检测金线莲多糖含量,研究福建金线莲和台湾金线莲不同培养阶段多糖含量的动态变化,为适时采收提供参考。结果表明:两种金线莲从生根壮苗培养阶段到大棚移栽培植阶段的多糖含量呈现“双峰”曲线变化;生根壮苗培养阶段,两种金线莲培养5个月的多糖含量均达最大值;大棚移栽培植阶段,两种金线莲前3个月多糖含量均呈下降趋势,3个月后多糖含量开始出现增长。可见,生产上若不考虑大棚移栽,应选择生根培养5个月的金线莲;若需移栽,培植时间时间应多于3个月。 The content of polysaccharides in A. officinarum L.and A. taiwanus were detected by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The dynamic changes of polysaccharides content in different culture stages were studied. The results showed that the polysaccharides content of two species increased from rooting and seedling stage to the greenhouse during transplanting stage. The curve of “bimodal” appeared during the period of rooting and seedling culture. Two kinds of polysaccharides Content reached the maximum; greenhouse transplanting stage, the two three months before the clematis polysaccharide content showed a downward trend, three months after the polysaccharide content began to increase. Visible, if the production does not consider the greenhouse transplanting, rooting should be selected to cultivate five months of Anoectochilus; if transplanting, planting time should be more than 3 months.
