前言葡萄糖是一种最常见、最普遍的已糖,也是生物体最主要的能量来源。测定葡萄糖含量的方法甚多,如裴林氏热滴定法;次亚碘酸滴定法,3,5—二硝基水杨酸比色测定法;葡萄糖氧化酶法以及葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶法等。这些方法各有特点,长期以来随各作者的不同要求而被选择使用。用3,5—二硝基水杨酸比色测定法(DNS法) Introduction Glucose is one of the most common and prevalent glucocorticoids and the most important source of energy in living organisms. There are many ways to determine the content of glucose, such as Perlin’s thermal titration; nitrite titration, 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetric assay; glucose oxidase method and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenation Enzymatic method.
