目的:探究超早期应用重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗超高龄脑梗死患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析近年我院收治的116例收治超高龄脑梗死患者的临床资料,按治疗方案不同分为两组各58例,其中对照组采用常规尿激酶溶栓治疗,观察组采用超早期rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,对比两组治疗前后神经功能缺损变化、治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组治疗后24h、14d、90d的NIHSS评分分别为(8.29±0.92)分、(6.13±0.73)分、(3.34±0.82)分,均分别低于对照组的
