提出并建立了一种用“光子”作试剂代替各种氧化剂的维生素B_1光化学反应——FIA荧光分析法,对反应体系的介质,注样速度,注样管长度以及注样方式进行了实验和讨论,维生素B_1浓度在0~2.0μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999,检出限为2.0ng/ml(S/N=3),对9份含维生素B_1为0.10μg/ml的试液进行平行测定,相对标准偏差为2.7%,对维生素B_1片剂分析,测得维生素B_1含量为标示量的94%,标准加入回收率为97%~100%,对维生素B_1注射液分析,测得维生素B_1含量为标示量的100%,标准加入回收率为95%~100%,在尿液基质中做标准加入回收实验,回收率为80%~83%。
