目的:利用计算机辅助设计与制造(computer aided design/manufacturing,CAD/CAM)技术对冠根折的磨牙进行高嵌体冠修复,并观察其临床效果。方法:对根管治疗后的冠根折患牙1例,行钕(Nd:YAG)激光去除部分牙龈,暴露患牙龈下折裂边缘后,采用椅旁CAD/CAM二矽酸锂高嵌体冠修复。按照改良的美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)标准对修复体的临床疗效进行评价。结果:修复体边缘密合,邻接和咬合关系良好,2周后复诊牙龈恢复良好。复诊时修复体无折裂、松动、脱落,基牙无折裂、疼痛、松动等现象,牙龈形态愈合良好。结论:利用CAD/CAM技术对冠根折的磨牙进行高嵌体冠修复,能获得良好的临床效果。
OBJECTIVE: To perform a high inlay crown restoration on molars of the root canals using computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD / CAM) technique and to observe its clinical effect. Methods: One case of crown root fracture after root canal treatment was treated with neodymium (Nd: YAG) laser to remove part of the gums and expose the edge of subgingival flexion. CAD / CAM lithium silicate inlay Crown repair. The clinical efficacy of the prosthesis was evaluated according to the revised United States Public Health Service (USPHS) criteria. Results: The edge of the prosthesis was close and the relationship between adjacent and occlusion was good. The gums recovered after 2 weeks recovered well. At the time of referral, there was no fracture, looseness, loss of the restoration, no fracture of the abutment, pain, looseness and so on. The healing of gums was good. CONCLUSION: The use of CAD / CAM technology to crown the crown of the crown inlay with high inlay, can get good clinical results.
