广州市社会福利院通过向政府申请“廉租房”创办“青年公寓”、建立就业“中转站”机制,使孤残青年安置工作取得了较好效果,被安置的孤残青年改变了“等、靠、要”思想,社会适应能力增强;就业心态更实际,就业积极性大为提高,更勇于面对现实;培养了吃苦耐劳精神,自力更生意识更强烈。 Guangzhou Social Welfare Institute set up “Youth Station” by applying to the government for “low-rent housing” and established a “transit station” mechanism for employment.
