“提高党的建设科学化水平”是党的十七届四中全会提出的一个重大命题,也是新形势下推动党的建设创新的重大任务。目前,理论界对这一课题的研究正日益深入。2010年3月27日,国家社会科学基金重大招标项目“新形势下党的建设科学化研究”(项目批准号为09&ZD005)开题报告会暨理论研讨会在武汉大学举行,来自全国各地的40多位专家、学者参加了理论研讨会。与会专家、学者围绕党的建设科学化的内涵、研究新形势下党的建设科学化的意义、主要内容和重点难点、基本思路和方法等问题进行了深入的探讨。以下即是部分专家对这一问题的思考。
“Enhancing the Scientific Level of Party Building” is a major proposition put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and a major task for promoting party building and innovation under the new situation. At present, the theoretical research on this subject is deepening day by day. March 27, 2010, the National Social Science Fund major bidding “scientific research on party building in the new situation ” (project approval number 09 & ZD005) opening report and theoretical seminar held in Wuhan University, from all over the country More than 40 experts and scholars attended the theoretical seminar. The participating experts and scholars discussed the significance of the scientific construction of party building under the new situation, the main content, the key and difficult points, the basic ideas and methods, and other issues in the light of the scientific connotation of the party building. The following is some experts on this issue thinking.
