“以病人为中心”的医院管理,即从实际出发,围绕病人长远的根本利益,提供医疗卫生保健服务的综合管理工作,在思想观念和行动上处处为病人着想,以病人利益为出发点和归宿,组织医院职工以整体的形式开展工作,积极提高医疗质量,增强服务意识,严格控制医疗成本,为病人提供优质、高效、整体的医疗服务。1.强化科学管理和加强内涵建设是实现“以病人为中心”的关键1.1 树立明确的医院管理指导思想:以开展创建“以病人为中心、优质服务百佳医院”活动为契机,狠抓服务意识教育和医院内涵建设,树立“一切以病人为中心”的指导思想。 “Patient-centered” hospital management, starting from reality, provides comprehensive management of medical and health care services based on the patient’s long-term fundamental interests. It considers patients in terms of ideology and action, and takes patients’ interests as their starting point and destination. Employees of the hospital are organized to work in an integrated manner, actively improve the quality of medical services, enhance service awareness, strictly control medical costs, and provide patients with quality, efficient, and overall medical services. 1.Strengthen scientific management and strengthen connotation construction is the key to realize “patient-centered” 1.1 Establish a clear hospital management guiding ideology: take the initiative to create a “patient-centered, high-quality service, 100 best hospitals” as an opportunity to focus on services Awareness education and hospital connotation construction, establish the “all patient-centered” guiding ideology.
