冬虫夏草菌种的种质资源研究

从上个世纪80年代起,冬虫夏草Cordycepssinensis(Berk.)Sacc.的无性型研究已成为热点。已做过无性型分离研究的报道较多,涉及有16个学名,11个属。另外还有无确切出处的无性型学名。学术界运用柯赫氏法则,理化成分相似性鉴别以及应用分子生物学等方法对这些无性型菌物进行验证,结果表明,中国被毛孢HirsutellasinensisLiu,Guo,YuetZeng,sp.nov在目前基本上可以确证是冬虫夏草的无性型。为了选择冬虫夏草人工培殖的优质菌种,同时对四川、青海、西藏和甘肃等主产区冬虫夏草的无性和有性进行比较,综合人工培殖冬虫夏草的现实状况,中国被毛孢将是冬虫夏草人工培殖过程中其无性型的首选,是实际生产用菌种的主要来源。 Since the 1980s, asexual research on Cordycepssinensis (Berk.)
