目的对测定乙基纤维素水分散体(B型)中乙基纤维素含量的2种方法进行比较分析。方法分别采用高效液相色谱法和气相色谱法测定乙基纤维素水分散体(B型)中乙基纤维素的含量。结果高效液相色谱法回收率为100.8%(RSD=1.3%,n=9),气相色谱法回收率为102.0%(RSD=2.6%,n=9),同批次样品2种方法的测定结果差异不大。结论为选择测定乙基纤维素水分散体(B型)中乙基纤维素含量提供了参考依据。 OBJECTIVE To compare two methods for determination of ethyl cellulose content in aqueous ethylcellulose dispersion (type B). Methods The contents of ethyl cellulose in ethyl cellulose aqueous dispersion (B type) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography respectively. Results The recovery of HPLC was 100.8% (RSD = 1.3%, n = 9). The GC recovery was 102.0% (RSD = 2.6%, n = 9) The results are not different. Conclusion This study provides a reference for the determination of ethyl cellulose in aqueous dispersion of ethyl cellulose (type B).
