建立了以固相萃取(SPE)、气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法(GC/MS/MS)测定地表水中16种有机磷农药(organophosphorus pesticides,OPPs)残留的方法。用Bond Elut C18和Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化富集水样,优化色谱和质谱条件参数,在多反应监测模式下进行定性、定量分析。结果表明,该方法可以有效富集16种OPPs,回收率在46.1%~117.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.1%~15.8%之间;检出限范围为0.09~0.82 ng/L,结果准确可靠,具有极高的灵敏度和准确度,满足地表水水质监测的需要,尤其在痕量分析中具有更广泛的应用。
A method for determination of 16 organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) residues in surface water by solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC / MS / MS) was developed. Enrichment of water samples with Bond Elut C18 and Oasis HLB solid phase extraction columns, optimization of chromatographic and mass spectrometric condition parameters, qualitative and quantitative analysis in a multi-reaction monitoring mode. The results showed that 16 kinds of OPPs could be effectively enriched by this method. The recoveries ranged from 46.1% to 117.2%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.1% to 15.8%. The detection limits ranged from 0.09 to 0.82 ng / L , The results are accurate and reliable, with high sensitivity and accuracy, to meet the needs of surface water quality monitoring, especially in trace analysis has a wider range of applications.
