根据脆弱性和弹性一体两面的关系,借鉴苏里尼(Zurlini)等提出的社会—生态系统脆弱性的测度公式,以苏州为例对苏州古城区、吴中区、相城区、高新区、工业园区、常熟、张家港、昆山、吴江和太仓共10个区域的旅游社会—生态系统的弹性进行了估算和旅游开发分析。结果表明,古城区的旅游社会—生态系统弹性最小,系统正介于稳定阶段和释放阶段之间,应更多的关注保护,以免系统遭受更多的干扰而使系统完全失去弹性;常熟、昆山、吴江和吴中区的弹性次之,系统正介于快速增长阶段和稳定阶段之间,旅游开发活动要谨慎开展,随时关注系统的弹性变化;相城区、太仓、张家港、高新区和工业园区的旅游社会-生态系统弹性最大,目前正处于系统的快速发展阶段,可以进行适当的旅游开发活动,系统有能力承受一定的开发活动干扰。适应性循环理论可以用来解释旅游社会-生态系统弹性与其旅游发展之间的关系。
According to the relationship between vulnerability and elasticity, taking into account the socio-ecological vulnerability measurement formula proposed by Zurlini et al., Taking Suzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of Suzhou, Wuzhong, Xiangcheng, Tourism Society - Changchun, Zhangjiagang, Kunshan, Wujiang and Taicang, a total of 10 regions of the socio-economic resilience of the estimates and analysis of tourism development. Xiangcheng, Taicang, Zhangjiagang, Hi-tech Zone and Industrial Park Of the tourist community - the largest ecosystem flexibility, is currently in a system of rapid development stage, you can carry out appropriate tourism development activities, the system has the ability to withstand some interference with development activities. The theory of adaptive circulation can be used to explain the relationship between tourism-ecosystem resilience and its tourism development.
