目的测定三七胶囊中15种有机氯农药残留量。方法用GC-ECD法测定,弹性石英毛细管柱DB-5(30.0 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm);初始80℃保持1 min,30℃/min升至180℃,2.5℃/min升至240℃,再以40℃/min升至280℃,保持15 min。结果样品的农药添加回收率为70.9%~95.2%,RSD为2.9%~7.9%。所有样品中均检出有机氯类农药,有21%样品中五氯硝基苯超标。结论方法快速、准确、灵敏、成本低,能满足三七胶囊中多种有机氯农药快速检测的要求。
Objective To determine the residual amount of 15 organochlorine pesticides in Panax notoginseng capsule. The method was determined by GC-ECD. The elastic silica capillary column DB-5 (30.0 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) was used. The initial temperature was kept at 80 ℃ for 1 min, the temperature was increased from 30 ℃ / min to 180 ℃, , And then 40 ℃ / min rose to 280 ℃, hold for 15 min. Results The recoveries of pesticides in samples ranged from 70.9% to 95.2% with RSDs ranging from 2.9% to 7.9%. In all samples, organochlorine pesticides were detected, and in 21% of the samples, peracid was exceeded. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and low cost and can meet the requirements of rapid detection of various organochlorine pesticides in Panax notoginseng.
