5.肌肉松弛剂应用迄今所知的肌肉松弛剂至关重要的是不影响或少影响肝、肾功能。Atracurium(12)则是一个例外。它经酶作用发生酯水解失活,但大部分通过所谓的Hofmann消除而失活。这种非酶分解在体液内自发进行,pH值越大,分解越快,本品在人体血液中约经35分钟完全分解,而与剂量无关。体外酶水解半衰期约为25分钟。在需要时,12可完全被新斯的明拮抗。

In vitro enzymatic hydrolysis half-life of about 25 minutes. 12 can be completely antagonized by neostigmine when needed.
