提出基于流控传输协议(SCTP)的通信方式,以解决在电力通信网络与输电线路同时故障时,通过保证信息传输的实时性和可靠性来实现广域后备保护迅速可靠动作的问题。提出提高SCTP通信实时性的措施和改进的SCTP多宿性路径切换方法,并应用于一种广域后备保护系统的信息传输中。在电力和通信系统同步仿真平台上实现通信网络及SCTP、广域后备保护代理和电网建模。仿真实验验证了所提出的通信方式在广域后备保护信息传输中应用的有效性。
A communication mode based on SCTP is proposed to solve the problem of rapid and reliable operation of wide area back-up protection by guaranteeing the real-time and reliability of information transmission in the simultaneous failure of power communication network and transmission line. The measures to improve the SCTP communication real-time performance and the improved SCTP multi-homing path switching method are proposed and applied in the information transmission of a wide area backup protection system. Communication network and SCTP, wide area backup protection agent and grid modeling are realized on the synchronous simulation platform of power and communication system. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed communication method in wide area backup protection information transmission.
