如果一个人过多地使用左脑或右脑,那么他的大脑的另一半就会显得相对无能。学校教学中,学生的左脑的负担越来越重,而右半球却被闲置或未被很好地开发。在学校体育中,对于双侧肢体运动项目的开发,我们不仅要体现素质教育的基本要求——全面提高学生的素质,更要明确双侧肢体运动项目开发的基本原则、方法和途径。
If one uses too much left or right brain, the other half of his brain will appear relatively incompetent. In school teaching, the student’s left brain is more and more burdened, while the right hemisphere is idle or not well developed. In school sports, we should not only reflect the basic requirements of quality education for the development of bilateral physical exercises - to improve the overall quality of students, but also to clarify the basic principles, methods and approaches for the development of bilateral physical exercises.
