会议是项目管理的重要平台,监理例会为其重要组成部分,是参建各方共同发现问题和解决问题的一个重要环节。监理例会的重要性是由施工过程中需要及时有效地解决有关具体实际问题的重要性决定的。有的例会简要,主题明确,很有成效;而有的例会开的拖沓、冗长,结果问题没有解决,自然也就没有达到预期的效果。笔者就如何开好监理例会,结合自己多年一线监理工作的实践谈几点体会。
The meeting is an important platform for project management. The regular meeting of the supervisory committee is an important part of the project and an important link for the participating parties to find out and solve the problems together. The importance of supervision regular meetings is determined by the importance of timely and effective solution to the specific practical problems in the construction process. Some regular briefings, clear themes, very productive; and some cases will be open procrastination, lengthy, the results of the problem is not resolved, naturally, did not achieve the desired results. How to open a good supervision of the regular meeting, with my years of first-line supervision of the practice of talking about a few experiences.
