常常可以听到教师的抱怨:让我开展一次公开活动,我可以信手拈来,可让我做课题研究,写研究报告,简直比登天还难。我也曾有过这样的畏难情绪,总觉得让我们这些一线教师做课题研究,太难为我们了。去年,我主持申报的微型课题“通过绘本阅读培养幼儿礼仪行为的行动研究”成功地被区教育局立项。在一年的课题实践中,我慢慢发现,其实一线教师做课题研究,并非那么困难,主要是要摆正自己的心态,做好自己的角色定位。也
Teachers can often be heard complaining: Let me conduct a public event. I can come in handy. Let me do research projects and write research reports. It is even harder than going to day.
