开发利用西藏特色物理教学资源是切实提高西藏物理教学质量,实现民族文化传承创新的重要途径。文章采用问卷调查和跟踪访谈相结合的方法,对西藏特色物理教学资源的开发利用现状进行了调查。调查结果表明:教师对西藏特色物理教学资源的认识不足,开发利用西藏特色物理教学资源的能力不强、范围狭窄、途径方式单一、困难较大,但是开发利用西藏特色物理教学资源的需求较高。基于问题分析,文章建议政府、教育部门和学校要为特色教学资源的开发利用提供政策支持,西藏高校要率先垂范做好特色教学资源的开发利用,西藏教师要充分发挥其开发利用特色教学资源的主体作用,建立西藏特色物理资源库、实现资源有效共享。
The development and utilization of teaching resources of Tibetan characteristic physics is an important way to effectively improve the quality of Tibetan physical teaching and to achieve the inheritance and innovation of national culture. This paper investigates the status quo of the development and utilization of characteristic physical teaching resources in Tibet by means of a combination of questionnaires and follow-up interviews. The results of the survey show that teachers’ lack of understanding of the teaching resources of characteristic physical resources in Tibet is not strong enough to develop and utilize the teaching resources of characteristic physical resources in Tibet, the scope is narrow and the ways are single and difficult. However, there is a high demand for developing and utilizing the teaching resources of characteristic physical resources in Tibet . Based on the analysis of the problems, the article suggests that the government, education departments and schools should provide policy support for the development and utilization of characteristic teaching resources. Tibet colleges and universities should take the lead in doing well in the development and utilization of characteristic teaching resources. Tibet teachers should give full play to their development and utilization of characteristic teaching resources The main role of the establishment of Tibet’s characteristic physical resources to achieve effective sharing of resources.
