目的探讨阴茎腹侧根部V形切口及推进皮瓣治疗隐匿性阴茎的应用价值及疗效。方法 2007年7月-2015年1月,采用阴茎腹侧根部V形切口及推进皮瓣治疗121例隐匿性阴茎患儿。年龄18个月~13岁,平均7.2岁。结果手术时间60~100 min,平均75 min。术后1例阴茎根部切口裂开,经换药后愈合;其余患儿切口均Ⅰ期愈合。术后患儿均获随访,随访时间3个月~7年,中位时间24个月。患儿阴茎体显露良好,包皮无臃肿;阴茎阴囊角恢复良好,未遗留明显瘢痕,外形与包皮环切术后相似。结论阴茎腹侧根部V形切口及推进皮瓣治疗隐匿性阴茎安全有效,可获得与包皮环切术相似的外观。 Objective To investigate the application value and curative effect of ventral root V-shaped incision and propofol on the treatment of occult penis. Methods From July 2007 to January 2015, 121 cases of latent penile children were treated with V - shaped incision of the ventral penis and propulsion flap. Aged 18 months to 13 years old, average 7.2 years old. Results The operation time was 60-100 min with an average of 75 min. One case of postoperative penile root incision rupture, healing after dressing; the rest of the incision healed. All patients were followed up for 3 months to 7 years with a median time of 24 months. Penile body showed good children, the foreskin without bloat; penis scrotum angle recovered well left without obvious scarring, appearance and circumcision is similar. Conclusions The V-shaped incision of the penile ventral root and the advancing flap are safe and effective for the treatment of occult penis, and the appearance similar to circumcision can be obtained.
