本文针对近些年来房地产市场上的情况提出了高空置率的问题,利用双方叫价拍卖的模型,运用博弈的方法进行理论上的推导,然后,根据模型对提出的问题做出相应的分析和解释,最后,由前面的分析论证提出一些对策和建议。 This paper puts forward the issue of high vacancy rate in the real estate market in recent years.
